Apparently their extended warranties are a one time use. My Daytona jack died after 6 months. And I exchanged it. Awesome. Then the lady tells me my warranty is now void unless I buy another one. I'm not paying 35$ ever 6 months so I can keep returning the jack if it fails. And after only 6 months...? Never shopping here again.

I Love this store. But noticed today that they changed the Teddy's Root Beer from a 32 oz bottle to a 26 oz bottle and then raised the price by 10 cents. Thought that was odd that it cost more for less.

We now buy all of our tools here. They HONOR the warranties I get on my tools and it is Hassel free. Great friendly staff as well

I really like harbor freight and prices and selection, it's my go-to the find those tools I don't want to pay five times more than I have to add any of the big box stores. For a national change they're extremely consistent, reasonable, and generally the store is clean and organized. It's time I bought some 6-in sawzall blades to cut wood, I'm using them to prune my apple trees and they work great.
