Every time I’ve been here, I’ve had a great experience. From the front office staff to the nurses to the doctors. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I’ve even come in when they were close to closing and have never been made to feel like I was being rushed or that I was an inconvenience.

I’m from out of town my son got an ear infection while on a visit they took my insurance they were kind ,FAST ,and accommodating after the first pharmacy was closed they printed me out a hard script so I could just take it to any pharmacy I would recommend this office and definitely go back if the future thank you to the staff who helped my son

HORRRIBLE SERVICE put my family into a panic over a false positive covid test a few weeks before our first family trip out of california ever. The doctors were extremely unhelpful in trying to figure out what was wrong with me, they tested me twice on things that had already been negative and refused to test for anything new. They then told me it was covid which made no sense im fully vaxinated and wear my mask literally everywhere. My family and i got tested as a whole the very next day in oakland and all of us came back negative myself included. Will not be returning and would never recommend this place to even my worst enemy extremely dissatisfied with your service

**Update** As grateful as I was for the staff & the timely manner I was seen, I was charged a ridiculous amount of money. $534 for an URGENT CARE visit, with great insurance. I have been to several different urgent cares for the same issue I was seen here for, several times and the most it has ever cost me is $80. This is labeled as an urgent care center but it will actually be billed as an EMERGENCY ROOM visit. This was close to me and one of the only ones open at the time, but I would go the few extra miles to find a different place. Now I'm stuck with this bill. Kind of fraudulent if you ask me. Came here on Christmas Eve. Got seen pretty quickly. The staff here is absolutely wonderful. Ryan A was the PA and he was so kind, as well as everyone else helping me. Thank you for making my not-so-fun night bearable.
