Very disappointed in the staff and quality of the bowl. After being a customer that comes here almost 2x a week (usually the marlboro one) I came to the freehold one today since it was closer. I ordered the frutella bowl with light granola and acaii as well as peanut butter in the middle. I was charged $2.00 for the peanut butter in the middle which probably costs them about 10 cents. This action has me so frustrated that I probably will not be returning to this franchise at all and going to playa bowl or somewhere else instead. As a business owner I understand that small gestures such as that extra pb make a world of difference and ultimately keep a customer; not to mention that the extra pb was a drop in the bucket compared to the profit they are making on those bowls. Utterly disappointed,

I think the staff working here is very efficient and attentive. They told me about the bowls and i almost ordered the wrong one. They are nice and do a great job! Im very happy with the bowls i got today! Tons of fruit :D and surprised with how fast it was made!

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu (even our cashier was very new and was able to answer our questions/get answers quickly). Most of the menu is vegan, including the granola (which needs to happen more often)! We ordered the pina colada and the caveman kale bowls and they were delicious!
