I got pierced at another shop and had an issue where the gem in my stud kept falling out. First time it happened, I had a friend put it back in, second time, I was like okay let's get this checked out. When I tried to get it fixed, the shop was closed for the day. Panicking, I called the next nearest shop: Rabbit's Den. I'd heard of them before from an old coworker who gets all her tattoos there and loves it. It was a weird scenario, but they understood and squeezed me in on a busy Saturday. Christy helped spot the issue in the jewelry threading and tightened it for me. It has stayed put since! She was so friendly and engaging; I immediately felt comfortable. I really appreciated the help and she did it complimentary, just said to tell all my friends to come here...so I'm telling everyone on Google to go here! Now I know I can go to Rabbit's Den for all my piercing needs, quality customer service...and of course for new piercing(s) too :)

If you're considering getting a tattoo done, get it done at Rabbits Den. After a not-so-great experience with my first tattoo some place else, I was skeptical to get another one done. But I was assured that all of the artists make unique pieces of art. Chris did a phenomenal job on my lotus flower tattoo. It's everything that I wanted and then some. He did such an amazing job at all the detailing. It's literally the best piece that I have and I will definitely be coming back for more. The place is clean, professional and very welcoming. The vibe is chill and all of the artists are super friendly. Their receptionist Jasmin is such a sweetheart as well. She kept checking on me to see if I needed anything. I can't wait to get my next tattoo done here.

My first tattoo at Rabbits Den! I've been here for piercings and jewelry changes always super friendly, professional, and clean. Chris added my beloved Wynnies name and pawprint today and I couldn't be happier! Scanned the ink pawprint provided and ensured it was my choice of font and placement. Chris was gentle, friendly and executed it perfectly!
