This place clearly does not want to adopt any dogs. You aren't aloud to walk thru and look at the animals. You can pick one from a computer and then make an appointment for a later time. There are only 3 appointments a day total. then the price for them is astronomical. Something needs to be done about this. What about all those animals that they are preventing from finding a home. Poor poor management

Lovely establishment! I got my girl Mila, (formerly known as Palmer) from there about 6 weeks ago. They were thorough but friendly. I was able to talk with Angie as well as Mila's foster mom. Everything went smoothly and I brought home the best pup I could have hoped for! Thank you P.O.P.P. !!!

We paid 80 for a female, rabies vaxx. However she had not come into heat. In past our other female, had come into her first heat and it cost more to get her spayed.
Yes, I'm like 99% sure you can. One of my two dogs was adopted by us because he needed a new home.
I'm going through that process right now. So far, it's been good. I hope to bring home a German Shepherd next week. Just go to their web site, they list their dogs, and the dogs history. Then, you fill out an adoption form. They will contact you in a couple days later, to talk to you about the available dogs, that you're looking for.

If you are looking to foster or adopt, you can go online to the POPP website for those application forms. Also, if you're interested in asking more questions about POPP and their cat program, you can go to the cat PetSmart adoption event. That event happens every Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the PetSmart on Canal in Kennewick. They usually post the adoption event details on their Facebook site.
You might want to call Petsmart on a Saturday morning to ask what time POPP will be having their adoption event there. That would be a good way to ask them questions.
They are probably not open rite now they are only open 3 days a week I think leave a message they are not there very much only volunteer workers there call them someone will get ahold of you eventually?

We do not have mobile vet services. We have a spay & neuter assistance program (you can apply for financial assistance on our website) and then for vaccines, there are vaccine clinics run by local veterinarians at Bleyhl Feed, EFC Feed and some of the local Ace Hardware stores.
They may accept unwanted cats but you would have to contact them im nof sure

POPP is not a shelter but a Rescue. they might have info on someone that has found a lost dog, but you need to give more info and i would start with animal control and the human society as well as Facebook by posting your info in the pages
