I agree with the other reviews…the salon treats your hair without any consideration that it might break! The job is horrible and expensive. I’m not one to argue with anyone, I got this mess done then I paid 250 and left. Then I had to go to another salon where they actually know how to do hair to get it fixed. The other salon said that they they the bleach on my hair for so long if they had waisted another 5 minutes my hair would have broken off. I know better than to ever go back there! This was supposed to be a balayage and it came out like an orange zebra stripe mess! Everyone says how beautiful, you look beautiful I guess is to stop you from flipping out because in reality your hair is dried to a crisp and damage to the point that you need 3 months worth of hair treatment to bring it back to life.

Prices change. DO NOT send ur child here they exploit children with prices. The woman that work here will pull ur hair & not untangle how professionals are supposed to. I really regret going and sending my child here.

I saw someone leave a review that the price changes, so I called ahead and asked how much a wash and blow would be. The woman told me 25 and up. I walk in, am directed to the sink, and I ask again, where the woman tells me 45. How is it almost double the price she could not explain. I got up to go and then said it would be just 40. No salon has ever charged me 40 but fine. The woman was on the phone the entire time, didn't wash the back of my head, used a dime size of conditioner only in the front of my head, and proceeded to carelessly yank through my hair ripping out handfuls on the way. And when I pulled my head up from the pain, she gently pressed my head back down and continued, never stopping her phone call. From there she didn't put any oil or moisture in my hair and yanked through it again with no care of breakage or the fact you should comb curly hair working your way up from the bottom instead of just pulling with a fine tooth comb from the top. After combing half my head and quitting, she burned me with the blow dryer as she video chatted with some guy while she did my hair. I tried to leave after that but everyone insisted that I get curls and that they would stay the two days and be beautiful. My hair is now thinner, bone dry, and completely flat (it's been one day and I even slept in pin curls). I've been to plenty shops before but none have provided such negative results and bad customer service as this place... The owner (I assume) was the only person who bothered to speak a word to me my entire time there. The only star I can give them is the fact that I was in and out in an hour and 30. Worst 40 dollars I've ever spent.
