Moved from north jersey recently… Has a membership there and loved it! Joined Aberdeen based upon the new system and technology, and to be quite honest the wash itself is very good, state of the art equipment actually had a good sheen to it after you left. Unfortunately that’s where it ends, you’re lucky if there’s three people working there at any given time, the two guys in the front don’t even want to be there! They don’t vacuum they use the blower they throw the mats around like their softballs. They have compressed air which is great if they actually pulled the trigger. I have no idea why you have to get back in the car and go through the wash, you cannot enter the car wash, as information that Covid ruling is gone for a couple of months now! So if you’re fortunate enough to get more than three people drying your car, they barely dry it water all over the place they barely clean the interior, soap pouring out of the car as you drive away. Nobody is pleasant nobody is polite it’s like they just didn’t want you to come there and I actually tip! I think the end for me, by the way I canceled my membership, was when one over the female drawing attendance dropped the microfiber on the ground and proceeded to dry my $78,000 truck with it! There was no supervision, there’s nobody that manages it from the outside, it It appears to be absentee owner, every car wash I’ve ever been to and that’s a lot , I’ve always had a manager and or supervisor On the premises. Granted I am very OCD with my vehicles, I’m definitely a clean buff and take pride in the cleanliness and care of my car and/or truck, unfortunately this place is absolutely horrific and so many ways I don’t have enough room to actually document it. It’s sad because the wash itself, the technology, the products, are excellent now the owner has to realize there’s more to fancy technology try hiring some decent individuals and/or at least show up once in a while and get feedback from your customers instead of teenage girls that don’t want to be there taking your credit card information. Also can somebody advise on who will pay for all my micro scratches from the rock filled microfiber towel! Oh and be careful walking out, they drive your car on a very steep hill and proceed to coat your tires with tire dressing, I would compare it to Rockefeller Center ice rink! Lawsuit waiting to happen!

Love this car wash have been going for over 15 years and happy every time. New girl at counter Jessica is so polite and was very helpful with a minor problem. I drive out of my way to go to this car wash and highly recommend

The Aberdeen car wash has state of the art equipment, the staff is quick and efficient when servicing your car. Even on busy days the line moves fairly quick. It’s definitely the best car wash in the Matawan/ Aberdeen area. I wish they would re-open the lobby.

Awful car wash experience. I took my car here for a supreme wash and was expecting to pay the price advertised on the website. When I got to the car wash, the price was $3 more than what was advertised, and they would not honor the price listed on the website. In addition, car wash was not complete. Soap suds were left on my trunk. Very disappointed and will not be returning.
