This 5 star review is specific to Carlos the service repair tech. He was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and informative. He completed the job on time without issues. At this point every appliance I have purchased from Danny's appliances is great for the value and I would recommend this store. However, I should mention that my experience with the office staff was a lot different. I was given wrong information to prepare for my service call and as a result needed to reschedule. Leaving me without a fridge for 2 weeks.

This is my first ever 1 star review for any company and I would love nothing more than to delete it, but I have no choice. We bought a home from a seller in 2021 who furnished the kitchen with a Viking Refrigerator from Danny's Appliance in 2020. The appliance is flashing an error signal and is beeping nonstop. Danny's Appliance is refusing to service the refrigerator and they've given me several reasons. 1) It's is too big and would require 2-3 people to move. (I offered to help move it) 2) They are short staffed. 3) They don't have a technician who can service a Viking Refrigerator. I have called every other appliance service company in the state of Rhode Island as well as the Viking manufacturer, who was unable to help. I'm not asking for anyone to cover the charges. I am happy to pay someone to fix it. I just find it reprehensible that a company who sells an appliance would be unwilling to service it for whatever the reason. If you can't do the work, how about finding someone who can? Why should anyone buy a product from a company that won't help find solutions for their customers when the products they sold in good faith break down?

Several weeks ago, my husband and I purchased 2 very good refrigerators for an excellent price thanks to Kurt who was informative, reasonable, professional, and all around amazing person to work with. I thoroughly enjoyed our experience shopping here for our appliances. The appliances were in good condition and when we ran into any mechanical issues with the refrigerators, they sent someone out to fix it until the issue was no longer present. I will continue to shop at Danny’s Appliances. This is great place to get good appliances at a cheaper price, especially if you are renovating a house!

Try giving them a call. The ladies @ the front desk can answer all those questions.
They charge $59 per delivery...whether 1 item or 6. They remove 1 for every one they deliver. Delivery guys are courteous and capable.
They have quite few options it would depend on what you picked.

You should call them directly. I am not sure if they have them. When I went there they did. The employees are very helpful in answering your questions.
They deliver all over RI and nearby Mass. But the delivery fee changes the further you are from Providence.
Yes, you can also purchase a warranty, and arrange delivery and installation
