I truly wouldn't even give this a one-star but to give a review you have to give something that was the worst customer service ever in my life not only that he tried to tell me he didn't have any fried foods sandwiches or burgers all he had was snacks then I asked him to give me a minute and when I came back he said oh fine just tell me what you want and I'll make it on top of him lying and stating that he was the only employee working when I pulled up to the window there was a nice young lady who was very nice so I asked for the gentleman who took my order she said oh my manager yeah one minute when he finally came to the window I was simply trying to tell him that he should not lie and say that he's the only employee when there is somebody else and that the district manager would not like him lying like that he proceeded to roll his eyes and cop an attitude about it I ended up driving away and not getting my food there and went to the Taco Bell right around the corner this is unacceptable unprofessional and not okay when I went to Taco Bell they told me that's a nightly occurrence that Jack in the box says that they're either closed or don't have anything available except for snack items this is very unprofessional and not okay and I hope Jack in the box takes care of this

I think it's ridiculous that they are only selling drinks, or shakes. I went there to get food and can't even order what I want. The reason I go there is because after I get off Jack in the box and taco bell are the only places open. It's unacceptable that those of us who want something from there after we get off work can't get what we want because they are not "selling it at the moment". This usually is the case when the short dark haired fall is working.

I just got food from there. I got a buttery bacon and swiss burger with a lg curly fry. My husband got a bacon ultimate cheeseburger lg fry. My burger didn't have the butter stuff on it and a ton of mayo my curly fries were so hard that my dog had a hard time eating them. My husband found cold nasty 🤢 curly fries in his regular style fries it was just so gross. Won't be going back.

The food is always good (for fast food quality). The five star review is for the employees. Everytime I go through this Jack in the Box, the employees are chipper and super friendly. Makes for a good experience.
