Had work done a while ago but haven’t taken the time to leave a warning for people here. It may sound like a disgruntled customer, but the unfaltering loyalty of a friend to a mechanic center led me to realize the issues here. My fiancé took her RAV4 there multiple times for regular maintenance. After having engine issues, it was brought to this mechanic and after work they said it was fine. About 2 days later we heard a knocking sound from the engine and brought it back. Once more, they said everything was good after work was done. The SUV ended up dying on the highway and I had to pick her up. The car was brought back to this Meineke and it was totaled when all was said and done. Turns out, there wasn’t any oil in it after 2 visits that were fairly close. I assume her parents sold the totaled car to the mechanic as we saw it in the lot up the block from her house for a bit. About 2-3 months later, that same car with the sticker on the window and everything was on the block. It was parked in different spots over different days and obviously had been driven. I had already believed they pulled something at this point, but recently hearing stories of others who’s cars had had issues after visiting this establishment led me to want to finally write about them. I will not take any vehicle to this place again, so any attempt to reach out would be useless. I am putting this up as a warning to anyone who is looking for an honest and trustworthy mechanic.

I took my wife's 06 Milan to the shop when the exhaust became noisy after hitting a pothole in the winter. The owner put the car on the lift right away and showed me the leak that was causing the loud sound in the exhaust. The owner was personable and honest with a sense of humor as he made sure that I was comfortable with the repairs. The car was completed within 30mins for a great price! Wonderful shop!

This place is SUPER EXPENSIVE and my advise is go to other shops and get a price before u jump into this POT OF BOILING WATER! These guys are MORE expensive than the dealers HANDS DOWN!!!
