Tried buying a 75" TV from them. One of the makers was having a 10% discount if I order from them directly. I asked the Best Buy sales rep if he would price match it. The manager said no. So they let me walk away for $150 on a $2,000+ TV. Very sad.

Bought an insignia 55” HD 4K LED TV FireTV edition. It failed after 14 months. Best Buy and insignia will do nothing. Don’t buy insignia, it will fail very early, but will likely make it just past the warranty time.

This is one of the best locations of BestBuy in the city. The employees were so helpful and friendly. I got an Asus gaming laptop for 1100 which was marked as 1800. I loved the whole experience with the bestbuy team.

I went to best buy to have an issue with my new tablet looked at. Nelson not only fixed the issue, he was also so understanding and polite. All your technical help should follow his attitude. He was easy to talk to,understood the issue,and helped me on an older tablet too! HOW GREAT WAS THAT!! . Great customer service.
