Nice store and helpful staff. Lots of great art supplies and crafting supplies. The guy the register this morning (Saturday, 5/21) was very polite, professional and helpful. Thank you!

I have to say customer service these days is horrible. I went into this location in Massapequa and the employees act like they don’t want to be there. Not a single person asked me if I needed help. You can see them moping around like there just there to pass the time. They are more concerned With the conversation they’re having with another employee over helping a customer. I was looking for one item and being there was a sale I was going to pick up other things as well due to the customer service I put almost everything back. If these people Hate their jobs so much then quit. Show some personality. I refuse to spend money where the customer service is so horrible. I had to walk to the front of the store to ask again where something was. The girl working the register replied that she can’t leave from that area well then maybe she should’ve called somebody that could’ve assisted me further instead i had to go looking myself. Maybe I should be on their payroll since I’m doing their job for them. I’m sick of the horrible customer service these days. It needs to get a lot better. This location has lost a customer.

This is my first time at a Michael’s and I genuinely enjoyed how much of a kid in a candy store feeling this gave me. Outside of photography I haven’t done anything remotely artistic in decades but that will be changing very soon.

Great hobby shop. Pearl paint went out of business years ago near me, and since then I started coming here for all my art needs. Just went shopping today for some reasonably priced Halloween decor, and the check out was pretty quick. Employees seem nice and wish to help. Highly recommended!

Yes. An arts and crafts store definitely sells meatloaf. No. They do not unless you want paper mache meatloaf
6 feet a part. Mask warn before entering the store. Your mask must be on at all times.
They carry a wide assortment. I haven't seen bamboo, but the others are common
