We have been cruising for 32 years. When my wife retired from managing a travel agency, and being a Cruise Specialist, we decided to give CruCon a try. We worked with them for many years, and we were very happy with their service. Then covid hit. We had multiple cruises booked, had to make numerous changes, no problem. We started noticing a consistent lack of responsiveness to both emails and voicemails. Forget about actually speaking to someone. We went weeks and months with no response. We finally decided that enough is enough. Never again. We have started working with another company and are getting the type of responses and service you would expect. If you go to the Better Business Bureau site, you'll find a long list of similar complaints.

If you don't have any need to speak to a customer service representative I'm sure Crucon is just fine. I however had zero communication from Crucon regarding a nearly $2500 credit that was due me. Be aware you cannot contact an actual person when you call. Customers are required to leave a message or for faster service write an email and a rep will call within 5 to 7 days. Well, after months of this nonsense and 15 days between my last email my issue was take care of in my favor. Never again Crucon!

I understand the industry is in a state of turmoil and disruption due to Covid, but CruCon's complete lack of responsiveness in returning my $500 deposit for the last six months is unacceptable. I have sent multiple emails, left voice mails, communicated with various people (and managers) at CruCon to no avail. Always a promise to address my issue or to get back to me, but never a word or follow up. I will never use them again- I will find a better agency to deal with.

We've booked multiple cruises through CruCon. Their holiday sales with the full go best package are excellent values, for price and amenities, plus our agent always gives us terrific customer service, handling add-ons, changes and questions like the pro she is. We used to book through other sites, but have realized CruCon always runs better deals. CruCon's low prices and customer service keep us coming back.
