Jose and the entire team are extremely respectful, professional and considerate of your time. I got a flat Saturday night and tried to book an appointment for Sunday morning. No appointments were available (not surprising, not many mechanics are open on Sunday’s)I arrived Sunday morning to a a busy mechanics shop full of customers. Jose called me 90 minutes later and said my was ready! ( it’s a miracle!) can’t recommend this place enough, great prices, and even better customer service! PS- always get the tire insurance. It’s saved me a few times.

I love Mavis! Every time i go into Mavis the service is phenomenal!! I hand my keys off to Cecil and i know my car is in great hands! Cecil explains with detail everything that was done to my vehicle at pick up. Any concerns i have he always finds a solution! Thank you Cecil for your professionalism and amazing customer service!!

Get there 9.30am for a replacement for a tire sensor i brought they take my info i take a seat i see people came after me get there job done before i give customers service my key i ask how much and approx time for the job he ask i think who in charge with the mechanics the guy look at the customer guy say i dont know so i have a seat and wait 11.30 am i ask how long more the customer guy go to the garage and tell me a hour i wait and i see people come after me and go i ask one customer who came 11am do make a appointment she say no i just walk in and she left before me by 12am finely by 2pm they tell me my car is ready they know better when you change a sensor you have to program the sensor that they specialized in tire service they don't program my sensor i was in front the store in my vehicle i see tire sensor light still on i leave if i go complain it gone take more time they don't know what they doing or they scam me they shovel through the paper work and make meeting which costumer they go work for or at least tell you infrom from the beginning there is costumer in front of you i not satisfied with Mavis tire service scarsdale and i never go there more and don't give nobody advice to get service there that the place was dirty in receptionist

Chris helped me out over the phone and got me scheduled same day service (Thank you for that). While I was there I met Dan a fantastic manager that is super sociable and I received excellent service. I've been to a few Mavis store but this one is by far my favorite one. I will make sure to make this Mavis my go to place for my car needs. Oh and of course my car is running super smooth now!!
