I had a reservation for a room with a king bed when I arrived at the front desk. I was informed by the clerk that my room was given to a person that was there earlier. He offered me a room with two bed which was very uncomfortable for me due to some mobility issues that i have. I spoke to the manager named Jeremy. He was rude and unprofessional. I explained my discomfort with the room that i was given and his stated that my room was given to another person. I will not stay at this hotel ever again

I would give them zero stars if i could. Worst ever customer service from marriott.. my husband had booked for 2 nights and had sent message via chat to the hotel when our flight had gotten delayed.. the hotel had acknowledged the message. Mind you, this was a fully prepaid reservation booked well in advance and also checked in the mobile app to make sure that the room was reserved. When we reach the hotel in the morning, the staff on site said they were fully booked and can’t help us. The hotel deleted the entire chat and the staff on site said there is no history of us contacting them and they had the audacity to give our room to someone else. It is absolutely worthless being an “Ambassador” member.

The best part of my Experience was the young lady working the front desk with the Red glasses. She made me feel the most welcomed both nights I stayed there. The room was great(the main was okay. The standing shower needs tending to. Fingerprints and black spots in the corking around the shower room#318. Other then that. Would Highly recommend this hotel to travelers.

Paper thin walls!! We could hear the conversations of our neighbors, couldnt turn the tv volume up above 10 and could hear the people above us walking around with loud footsteps. The room was clean enough but they only make the rooms every 3 days because of covid? I would think this would make them want to clean more often. The bed was also hard and the pillows were way understuffed. We unfortunately will not be staying here again.
