Where is the 0 star rating option? Took me two months to get child care assistance so I could start work & kept getting ignored and rude voicemails from ML when I would call to check on my application and update any info . Got a rude voicemail from ML about failing to update employment information and when I called back with the same tone she gave me and I told her check her files because I had the paper from the front desk proving it was faxed by the front office , I never got a call back ! The caseworkers will not call you back but will gladly send you mail and call when they want to try to take something from you such as SNAP and daycare . I’m a single mom to 2 boys and I’ve never been so downgraded and disrespected like I was with ML in Logan county . The worst experience I’ve ever had . They need new employees that actually like their job and like what they do because the women and men in this office are horrible !

Hung up on 4 times while trying to call. 15 minutes of the message on a loop then 5 quiet then I'm hung up on.
