Gino’s pizza is always the best. Thank you Gino for fast and simple process. Gino gave us a discount because I told him it’s for kid’s Saturday school. Great personality and service.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Gino’s over 10 years now. Unfortunately, I won’t be their customer ever again after what happened to me today. I ordered 2 large pies. For whichever reason, inside the boxes had tons of unknown white powders on and of course, the same unknown white powders/substance were on the pizza (see the pictures). I went out of my way to drive to the pizzeria to show them these horrible pizzas that I received and get an explanation from them. Instead of apologizing for these unacceptable quality of pizzas that I had, they simply said “it’s from the box, you can eat it!” I told them there was no way I’m feeding that unknown white powder to my kids. Employees in the pizzeria were gossiping amongst themselves instead of owning their fault and attempt to make it right for their customer. I eventually got a refund of one pie but not full refund. Honestly, it wasn’t even the partial refund that I was disappointed. It was the attitudes of all the employees in the pizzeria. Would they have had their kids eat the pizza with unknown white piercers on? And instead of apologizing, I was told that it is OKAY to eat paper box powders/residues and they were brushing me off. Not only did they waste my time and money, they left me a feeling of extreme disgust with this whole interaction. I won’t suggest anyone to go to Gino’s pizzeria. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I’m a hard working mom, just trying to feed my kids and keep them safe. I could have took my dollars anywhere. This is disappointing how they are treating their loyal customer who is trying to support small businesses.

We almost get pizza every Friday. Today first time I order fried Calamari. They were tasteless, literally tasted like white paper with little fish smell I was chewing. I don’t know if I will ever order any other Italian food from them except pizza. I will not order pizza as often as I did.

Two deliveries recently - first one warm pizza and some slices stuck to the lid. Today's pizza barely still warm. Took 1 hr 25 minutes for delivery. Asked for it to be well done and had to reheat it. This doesn't look well done.
