Second time I’ve been here. I called before hand and was quoted $90 for an exhaust swap(I brought my own exhaust). After the job was done the older gentlemen said it was $120. It took 30mins and he was trying to argue that “it doesn’t matter how long it took” He took the $90 saying that “she didn’t tell me you were coming”. TLDR: basic services trying to overcharge.

Good customer service, good work, and fair pricing for pipe replacement. In and out in 40mins. I would recommend! 4 out of 5 Stars. UPDATE 2 weeks after… I had to change my review to 1 out of 5 Stars. Just one BIG catch - when they were raising my compact car up on the lift they crashed and bent my roof mounted bike carrier which my girlfriend remembers hearing happen. I must have been just outside so I didn’t notice this happen. No employee said anything or checked anything when that happened. So I didn’t find out until 2 weeks later when I tried to use the bike carrier and one of the aluminum arms were bent. That’s when my girlfriend told me she remembers hearing a small crash of my bike carrier when they were lifting my car at the muffler shop. Replacing this bike carrier is almost double the muffler work I paid for that day. So - watch as these guys handle your vehicle! Update 3 - King Muffler requested date and details of my visit for video confirm. It was Dec 12th 2021 in the afternoon. Will email this and vehicle details to them as they requested.

Best service in town. Antonio is the fast and the best mechanic, the shop is neat and all the equipment ready to use by this skill man. A+++++ and very and highly recommended. I went to replaced a spring flange pipe broken but he recommended a different option, and the best part was the price which was totally fair. Will come back without hesitation. Thanks Antonio.

Tried King Muffler out based on all the positive reviews. Went here to get a mid-muffler delete, install an X-pipe, and axle back mufflers on my Dodge Durango. Jose was very professional, straightforward, and the price was very fair. Work was done with attention to detail and I was very pleased with the look. The waiting area was clean and equipped with water and hand sanitizer. I had a front row seat of the work being done and I appreciated that. I was very pleased with the growl that King Muffler gave my Durango!

Very good service
We work strictly to keep our clients protected by following rules: Practicing social distance, using masks all the time, place hand sanitizers in our waiting area as well as around our establishment. We have informatives flyers with pertinent information about what is needed to enter the our shop. Employees' temperature is taken upon arrival, at the end of the day a deep cleaning is done to define the areas of our shop. With everyone's contribution, we can keep our businesses open while minimizing the risk of contagion.
