I made a call for a toilet installation and was able to get it same day. The technician Matt was incredibly professional, timely, did excellent work and was efficient. This was my first time using Roto-Rooter but I will definitely use them again in the future for any plumbing needs. Price was reasonable and the quality and timeliness of the work was great. Highly recommend! Thank you Matt for the terrific job!

This was one of the fastest and most professional plumbing services I have ever used. Though it’s a bit expensive, they are willing to offer you various pricing and service options. Let me not forget the AMAZING woman who took my call. She showed such Empathy and caring towards my situation and did everything possible to help me rectify it. She is a blessing to this service

Within 90 minutes of calling, the tech was at the door. He took care of the issue and was very tidy. I have given 4 stars because the cost was stratospheric and there were no coupons or senior citizen discount that could be applied. Though I was satisfied with the way the job was handled, I think the cost was too high. Unfortunately most plumbing situations are emergencies so the customer is at the mercy of the company but I’m going to call some other companies and find out their price.

Great customer service, I was able to book appointment easily over the phone, no extra charge for weekend service! I feel that plumbers are trustworthy and dependable. I have been using this company for years already. Our plumber today, Armand, was very professional and provided explanations of what was going on during the repair, and made concrete suggestions of how to avoid this issue in the future..
