Horrible lead man that greets customers and puts the car into the wash. I could not find my key FOB and he got so angry waiting while i tried finding it that he revved my car motor until i told him pull my car out of the line so people behind me didnt have to wait. What did he do next? Rammed the front tire into the car wash track guide that pulls it through the wash and punctured my tire. When i asked about it all he did was shrug his shoulders as he walked away saying they were not responsible. Horrible service. Mediocre at best quality. Dirty inside. They all seemed like they didn't care.

I had my car washed today, I could have done a better job myself. The dashboard dusty, the windows and mirrors not cleaned. I am definitely not going back there.

I called about getting a seat shampooed and was told to come in. When there, I explained that i only needed the seat shampooed and nothing else. I was asked "just the one seat?" by the person who checked in my car who clearly had no interest in listening to me. I said yes. He said "ok vip wash leave the car here". I went inside and paid $45. They then gave my car the standard VIP wash, which i didn't want, and didn't clean the seat. When i pointed this out i was simply told the seat wasn't included in the VIP wash. How is this my fault? I won't be back.

Just got back from this car wash and I'm re-cleaning my interior. Paid $21 for SUV before tip, and it seems that this did not include a wipe down of dash, seats and inside doors. My bad for not examining the menu closer to confirm what you get for $21. Gave 2 stars instead of 1 bc the exterior was great and the cashier was super friendly!
