Wow. From the beginning i’ve had a terrible experience. I walked into the store and was hit with a heat wave. the poor workers seems miserable and tired. not to mention my bowl cost about $15!!!!!! that’s crazy. the whole management system is terrible and should we changed.

The girls in there are always so nice and sweet which is the only reason why I’m giving 3 stars… but this was literally $9.. I don’t think I need to say anything more.

I definitely think sobol has the best bowls out there. The staff is great here but sometimes the thickness of the bowls are inconsistent. The most important thing for a bowl to be thick and pretty frozen. There have been times where the mix seems like it’s been sitting out a while so the bowl ends up being partly melted and not cold. Other times I get it and it’s amazing.
