I went to few different bagel boss & this one happen to be the one with worse service I ever received. I walked in, no one is there to take order. 2 person walked around & not even once bother to ask me if I want anything. Then I finally said good morning & then one person came up to me & asked me what I want to order? Then when I finally got the bagel, barely any cream cheese & my bagel was totally burned. It literally took more than 10 minutes to make that. I also asked for quarters pound egg white spinach & the guy literally asked me loudly “anything else”??? I kind of felt like he was feeling bothered. Then when he was bagging the bagel & egg spinach, he asked me do u need spoon? I said yes, he literally shoved one fork with piece of napkin. Come on guy, how am I suppose to eat the egg spinach??? With my barehand!!! One thing I definitely noticed that they are more friendly & respectful to customers who are from the town who comes regularly & I definitely felt like I’m a outsider don’t belong there.

They make their bagels fresh in the store, so it's a good idea to see if they have what you want fresh out of the over (I wouldn't suggest this if their is a long line though). The bagels are delicious, but there are only a few courteous people working at this location, the rest seem grumpy and annoyed to be serving customers.

This place is perfect. Try to find anywhere else that serves you this quality with this speed, impossible. the absolute best bagel place I've ever been to. I go very far out of my way to come here.

I came here on a lazy Friday hoping to replicate a flavor that I had grown accustomed to in Borough Park circa 2001. I was disappointed. I'll start with the negatives as this is what clouded my visit. I went with a breakfast combo, the hash browns were super oily and overloaded with paprika. They were pretty slimy and inedible. The eggs were equally as bland, despite the cheese. My husband had vegetable cream cheese on a bagel. Much to my sadness, the cream cheese was also without flavor. That being said, the bagels were awesome! I had a plain, he had an everything. The everything bagel was seasoned on both sides. The establishment was brightly lit and very clean. The staff were very courteous... although they did misinterpret my order. Prices are pretty standard as well. This is a great place to pick up bagels, however I'll get my fixings from elsewhere next time.

Di you have gluten free bagel?

Oscar Araya | Aug 13, 2019
Noah Glass | Aug 14, 2019

Yes, I believe they do. However it is always best to call and double-check. Even just to make sure that they have not run out of the item.

do you sell pickled lox

Lisa Vogel | Aug 13, 2018
Noah Glass | Aug 14, 2018

I would call the store directly for this type of question. I believe they have lox. However, any item could sell out. So, an availability question would require live, direct info.

Do you still have belly lox?
