This particular experience was bad,driver failed to knock at my door to drop a package that needed a signature,left a package that did not need a signature and then didn't come back to drop it off after I called not 10 mins. after he drove off. I know he didn't knock because I have a dog that barks at the door its his job (the why? is not needed)he did not bark. I had to drive to get it.

FedEx shipment from Edmond ok to Roseville ca. so far it is over two weeks and all I get from customer service is that it is in Sacramento. It has been there for five days and is only 20 miles from me. Smart post is code for “when we get around to it” according to our usps office that I thought had taken over the package.

My package was moving beyond state lines just fine until it got to the Sacramento location. I mean constant movement every day...even in the snow!! I am highly upset because it was just in Corcoran (one hour away) on friday but for some reason bypassed Fresno to be sent up to Sacramento (two and a half hours away)!!! Now my package is expected two days later. I'm holding my breath and fuming!!!! This place needs to be audited because it seems to loose packages everyday.

People were helpful in letting me know package was transferred to another hub. Unfortunately after 8 plus days its still unknown on whereabouts. Manager at other hub says wait a few more days..we'll see. They're understaffed 40% with hiring signs posted at lot. Just hope whatever trailer in lot gets unloaded

I work there as well. It can take up to 3weeks. Peak starts 11/2. Good luck.
Go to security desk on west side of building. Only one door.opens at 8 am. Everyone gets screened entering and exiting

i do believe you can. if you need something picked up and shipped out you can call the Terminal and they should be able to send a driver out to pick up your package.

Yes you can, I just did today. Their hours are 8a to between 5 and 6 pm (call ahead best). Bring photo ID and tracking #. Suite 100 is the part to pick up. The gate was closed but there's a call button.
