I lived here my sophomore year at UNH and it was horrible. First off everything in the apartment itself is cheap and breaks often. It is far off campus and requires more planning to get to class. They fine you for literally everything here. A noise complaint at 10 pm and they gave us a $100 fine. Another time we had people over we complied with police and shut down after they told us we were too loud and we got another fine for that. The place looks like it would be cool to live in but it’s really not find somewhere on campus they’re literally very similar prices. You can’t have fun at the lodges

Love living at the lodges! The staff/maintenance staff are always around to help out. The amenities are great, and there’s plenty of events to enjoy in the clubhouse. Rooms are very spacious, and the bathrooms are so nice! The kitchen is also really spacious and has plenty of room in the pantry/cabinets.

The Lodges at West Edge in Durham is an awesome location. It’s only 1 mile from campus and UNH provides transportation to campus. This is a great spot to be if you are looking for off campus apartments. They offer luxury lodges with so many amenities. Always look out for their weekly events!

While applying to live at the Lodges, I was nervous about having two "random" roommates, even though that's similar to how freshman year of college goes. The Lodges matched me and my friend with roommates so well; we all hit it off even within the first hour of meeting each other. I love the amenities the Lodges offers, especially the free parking that isn't too common around campus here. My roommates and I really enjoy how spacious the common areas in the apartment is, since it's big enough that it doesn't feel too crowded when we are all cooking in the kitchen or sitting at the couch.

Yes
I believe they are open to the public but I would be mindful of the type if neighbors you may have because nearly all the tenants are students
