Have always had a great customer service experience anytime I go inside. Today I brought 2 of my dogs in, one of which doesn’t always love new people. The teller came over and sat on the ground and let my dog go up to her when she was ready. Shocked my dog let her pet her multiple times! Always a good sign as dogs are always the best judges of character! Such a great experience, and as someone who works with dogs professionally for a living, the tellers patience and dog savvy-ness was very impressive!!!

Definitely a busy location, but Tracy and her team never let you see them sweat! They are 100% there for the customer and will do what they can to help you. Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable about your banking needs.

Everyone has always been helpful and personal. Had trouble with a new card and they went above and beyond getting the issue dealt with. Someone greets you as u come into the buiding.

Came in with my Autistic son to get a gift card. Lots of stares and then I was ID'ed (expected normal proceedure) Then I was informed I would be depositing the money then I may have the card. Then my account was checked and I was informed it was to insure I have an account. Then they need to have my ATM to make a deposit. "I just want a gift card" I was informed "No you are making a deposit then you can have a gift card" They need to make sure "your not some drug dealer" All the while staring at my son. He did offer for my son to "fill your pockets with candy" I guess we look to poor to buy candy. All the while 3 customers have come and gone at Drive thru and lobby. Then I was ID'ed again to insure none of my info had changed? I called their customer service line and was told to write a letter they will give me an address. They had no intrest in fixing any problems I was to be filtered through their system. They refuse to inform you of any one you can talk to. So people remember to dress CORRECT and LEAVE UNWANTEDS BEHIND. Then you may used the Sanford Maine Branch. I wish they would have had a sign first time I entered.
