The knowledge of the mechanics and Art who went above and beyond in details of things regarding my car, was exceptional. Very trustworthy.... I would advise anyone to come to this location! If I could give it a 10 star I would.

I have to put this out there. I went here and for the first time in a very long time was blown away by the excellent service. Kudos to Art and his team. These guys will be honest with you from the get go. Ordered a tire that i needed and they did everything to accommodate me to make it easy for me and my schedule. Got there and they were waiting for ME. Yes me as a customer. 30 mins later I was on the road. Not like other places where you sit for 2 hours and wait. I will NEVER go ANY WHERE else EVER. I actually found a place that is truly dedicated to their customer's. Great job guys and THANK YOU. 5 STAR rating. I will see you soon for my pil change next. BEST SERVICE EVER.

Great experience! The mechanics carefully explained what they saw and what was needed. The manager, Art, was very helpful and found discounts where they were applicable. The communication was great. The only thing I would change is that my receipt stated the quantity of parts ordered, not the individual prices, so I couldn’t identify the price of labor vs the price of the parts but these guys seemed trustworthy and made me feel taken care of. Thanks guys!

We brought our car here to replace brakes. My boyfriend was also sold rotors and a brake care plan. Less than 20,000 miles later, the rotors are not good anymore, and since this Meineke is under new ownership, the owner would not do anything for us. I feel when you buy a franchise, you uphold the name of the business, even if you take it over. On top of that, the brakes were fine, but they tried to charge us the astronomically high rate of over $700! I give 2 stars instead of one because the mechanics were helpful and nice, and the customer service associate did call the owner and try to at least hit this lowered. We ended up not having the car serviced and instead are taking it my FAR more reasonably priced mechanic in my hometown. I don't see us ever going back to this or any other Meineke.
