Came in for first time. No instructions that you need a special card to do laundry. Dryers, no instructions on how to increase time and after 45 mins of drying, clothes and towels were still wet. No employee to talk to. I had to go to …Hi KT , very sorry for your experience. Our attendant works there from 8 am to 5 pm for any customer that needs assistance. You can also call and I can help you over the phone. I Apologize again.
