They take away the dipping sauce always of your order and they alway forget to bring it and they alway come up with an excuse not to give you any dipping sauce is obviously clrear the only people posting good reviews are the people that work here....

Very bed Customer service can not suggest to anyone I placed my order online paid for it as well after 25 coming to pick up my order my order is not ready is not even starting to make it employee start making the order right in front of me he is telling he called me to confirm the order my question is I placed the order online and pay for it as well then why they need order confirmation from me again if I don’t come to pick my order is my lost I lost the money not store lost still they don’t make my order that’s not good so disappointed and very rude behavior when. I asked my wife is pregnant can I use the restroom they don’t let my wife use it.

Chicken Alfredo had hair in it. I called to complain about situation at hand. Associate responded “yeah it’s fine”. Had to kindly explain to her how this is not fine. Not 1 employee in there is wearing a hair net(it was a pick-up order) so to no surprise, there’s hair in the food. Disgusting to say the least.
