For the last six years, we were extremely fortunate to have Fusion Property manage our stand-alone family house in the Village at Dorset Park in South Burlington. Ricky and the Fusion Property team were proactive in their communication, extremely responsible in managing our property, and quick to respond to any questions we had. As we were living overseas, this provided us great peace of mind as visiting our property was not an option. Returning this summer to move into our house, we were amazed at its excellent condition. This in and of itself is a testament to Fusion Property's professionalism and judgment in selecting the tenants. To boot, there was never a gap between tenants. We would definitely use them again if we were to go back abroad.

Worst company I've ever lived under. They just bought the complex mid November 2021, and all new leases they ar bumping the prices almost $300! They never answer the phone when you call. You have to wait over a week to get someone out on a maintenance emergency. Plus the office lady is rude and treats us horrible. We are moving when our lease is up. Previous company was more efficient and took care of the grounds 100% better. They have a little oldman clean and mow the lawns here. Feel sorry for him. These out of state companies have no clue what it's like here in Arizona. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I was moving out of the state of Vermont and was faced with the choice of selling my house or renting it out. I didn’t know where to begin. I perused real estate agencies: some dealt with selling the house, others dealt with renting, and some would find the renters and set up the lease but not manage it after that. I chose Fusion Property Management because they did all of it and they did it with a smile and helpful ideas along the way. They found excellent renters for my house, drew up a lease agreement. They maintain the property for me, and when I am ready to sell they will make that happen for me too. Easy for me, exciting for them. And while their fees are reasonable they take it all one step further. If I need them to check on something in the house, they do it. If there is a repair that needs to be made, they let me know first and they get the job done. When I have questions concerning the house or the lease agreement, they get back to me the very same day. They are forever going out of their way to keep the renters and me happy. It’s a good feeling! I would highly recommend Ashley St. Gelais and Fusion Property Management to anyone who is in need of these kinds of services.
