Wayne was prompt in arriving for the appointment and easily diagnosed the problem with our leaking refrigerator. He had all of the materials on hand to do the repair within the same appointment. He went above and beyond wiping down the back of my refrigerator and giving me a minute to clean back there before he pushed it back into place. We have used Action Appliance in the past and will continue to do so. Great experience!

I agree that they were professional and punctual, however, I was thoroughly disappointed simply because none of my appliances were fixed. When I called back, I was quoted a large amount of money to replace my stove burner that did not need to be replaced. Another company came and simply replaced the switch.

Garrett has been to my home on a few occasions now to fix our appliances. He is always very reliable, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. I've always been happy with the service, but on this particular occasion, his service really stood out. He came to replace a part on our washer. In taking the washer apart, unfortunately, another part broke. He took full responsibility for the error, then was instrumental in obtaining the back-ordered part as soon as possible. As a busy mom, not having an operating washing machine is stressful. He was very understanding about this circumstance and worked hard to get me back up and running even faster than I had expected. This was really great service and exceptional service recovery.

They do let you know when you call for a repair the price for the service call. The service call is to have someone come out and look at your appliance and give you a quote. They let you know that they don't charge for both for the repair and the service call. You pay either price. I just had my washer fixed by them. They leave the choice to repair or not up to you. They travel all over the state, no matter how long they're at a service call, the price doesn't change.
