Indigo Indian Bistro is incredible. My girlfriend and I picked up a dinner order from them the other night and the food was unreal. She had tandoori chicken and I had a lamb saag-- the meat was flavorful, tender, and the portions were perfect. I love saag (and other "curries") so much, and I'm often disappointed that many restaurants don't provide enough for 2 or 3 servings, but Indigo gave me a veritable boatload. We also got their chili naan and both the chicken and vegetable samosas-- they were the best samosas I've ever had. I have a few favorite places for Indian cuisine, but I think Indigo has rightfully won its way to the top spot.

We did the lunch menu here. They also had biryani option instead of rice. The food was good and was totally worth the price.

About to go over to the dark side and smash some Indigo! Peer pressure from the fiancé 😂... but truly, this place is one of the BEST Indian restaurants I have been to! Staff is kind and friendly and the food is excellent!
