We found Blazing Hot Stoves after the company we bought our pellet stove from years ago had difficulty providing service (long wait times; inexperience "technician"), and we couldn't be happier. Brian is extremely knowledgeable; and often times, we've been able to correct a problem with a phone call. When a service call became necessary, he was here within a day or two. Brian does business the old fashioned way. He took extreme care, checked everything out ... all at a very reasonable cost. He knows his craft. Highly recommend Blazing Hot Stoves!

I don’t spend close to $6K on something as obscure as a pellet fireplace insert without doing my research since I don’t like looking back at my decision with regret. By the time I got to Blazing Hot Stoves I had spent over a week researching my options online and hours in showrooms talking to six other dealers. I had narrowed my choices from the wide array of brands out there down to two (Hampton and Harman) and at that point was really just looking for the right dealer to buy from. Brian and his wife Chris were super knowledgeable, generous with their time and overflowing with useful information about their industry and their experiences selling and supporting these stoves. In addition, at no point did I feel like was being steered in a certain direction for their own gain, which is something I am always on the lookout for when dealing with these closed industries. In fact, in several instances they directed me away from them when it made the most sense for me (getting pellets from a local dealer instead of them and exploring, in detail, the option of doing the installation myself, which I decided against). My install is scheduled for later this month and I am confident I chose an insert and a dealer that I will be very happy with for years to come. I will post a picture when our Harman Accentra52i-TC is up and running. Pro-Tip: Visit dealers during weekdays if you can so you are not battling the herd to get your questions answered.

This was my first experience buying a new wood stove. Brian was wonderful to work with, he was honest, knowledgeable, and very patient. We had to take out our old chimney and start fresh. So I had a lot of questions. He was super informative and took the time to sit with me on more than one occasion to make sure we would be happy with the end product and it was up to code.
