The spacious rooms are great when traveling with a little one. The staff was very helpful with where to park due to an inoperable elevator. It's time for some new mattresses though.

When I walked in, I was greeted by two cheerful and friendly women at the front. I was traveling for work and was interested in dining options. They were very helpful! I chose Burton's (See my separate review) and it was easy to get to. There's lots close by... Dave n busters, target, cvs, upscale outdoor mall, etc. Good location. Room was #420 and immediately upon walking in a had a cute handwritten card with a couple treats! How sweet and special!! Room was clean, bed was comfy. Will stay here again if opportunity arises!

I requested an early check in for me and my bridal party to get ready for my wedding, was told to call the day of. Not accommodating at all. I booked a room for the night before as well so I ensured I had the room. I checked in Friday 10/11, everything was all set. Hotel called me Saturday saying I needed to move rooms and check out and check back in. Absolutely not. None of our guests could get an early check in. One of our guests is in a wheelchair and booked a handicap room. The hotel didnt have any available when they arrived, they were put in a regular room. A Hilton diamond member was denied everything they asked for. The water pressure was terrible and barely any hot water. For a bride to have to deal with all these other issues as well as normal wedding stresses was unacceptable.
