No. The office is close. You should get a ticket online. Buses still stop here.

Is the bus station even open for grayhound ? Is there away to know if they are on app or site to order tickets for departured ??

There is a small lot next to the station but is not very secure. I believe there is a paid parking structure for the university near by that I would recommend.
