We got the three eyed monster which is three eggs bacon and sausage I think hash brown as well food was overall good the apple cinnamon pancakes that we got was a bit too sweet and lack that Apple flavor and didn't have that nice kick of cinnamon that you look for but the three-eyed monster breakfast was delicious and perfectly cooked also their coffee is amazing and try their crazy oatmeal cookie that has like peanut butter oats raisins so good

I can not even rate the food because we were never served. We showed up at 10:40 and were ushered to a "waiting room" behind a curtained door. We were alone in there for 10 minutes and it became quite clear that they hide you away in there so they don't have to look at you. By 11 am the "waiting room" was very full. When my boyfriend decided to look into the dining room after we had waited 30 -35 minutes for just a seat, the owner (I'm presuming) snatched the curtain out of his hand and told him to keep it closed, uttering "We're doing the best we can". We were finally seated at 11:15 am. We were rushed to place our orders and noticed several tables had not received any food even though we were the first fresh table to be filled in FORTY MINUTES. After placing our order, the poor waitress had to come back out and inform us they were out of white and wheat bread. So, I changed my order to get rid of the French toast. At this point there was one water and my orange juice on the table. My boyfriend asked how long the wait was for food and we were (eventually) told it would be "20 minutes max". So now we would be there well over an hour. Close to 2 hours after we ate it. We cancelled our order. They did wave the bill for my orange juice. I hope we just stumbled on this place on a bad day I can not help but think that all these people would not be willing to wait that long if the food wasn't great. But, for future reference ... 1) The waiting room is odd. 2) you should never snatch things out of people's hands. 3) your wait staff is pretty patient but your kitchen staff clearly need a help. 4) Eggs Benedict is a very specific recipe. It calls for poached eggs, ham (or Canadian bacon), English muffin and hollandaise sauce. Any variation of this is not Eggs Benedict. It is an open faced sandwich. But it is NOT Eggs Benedict. I judge a restaurant on that menu item, but I would not even order it because the "traditional" offered my choice of bread. I immediately knew that you would not present me with a good plate because you do not know the traditional recipe. Your "variations" may have hollandaise sauce but they have no right to be called Eggs Benedict. Suffice it to say, I will not be back. I hope that you are aware that as soon as Belchertown has another restaurant that offers a sit down breakfast, you will no longer be a hot spot.
