Easily reserved a unit online. The storage manager is very accommodating on the phone and in person. Unit is clean. Love the 24 hour gated accessibility. Would definitely recommend.

So far, I have just reserved the unit. It was an easy online exercise, without a need to talk to anyone. I still haven't seen the location or the unit. I made a reservation for my son studying at UMASS to store his belongings during the summer break.
