Employee was very friendly and respectful. Also observed her working when she had some downtime. Could tell right away she was a hard worker and gave the company more than what she was getting paid for. Her last name is King. This was around 4 pm on Friday. Us hard working employees aren’t getting enough credibility or appreciation. She deserves a raise for her productivity during time others would be on their phone.

Very slow service. I usually get drive-through so I really can't comment on the atmosphere. The staff is extremely friendly mostly postly but it just takes forever to get through that line sometimes compared to other places

I usually don’t write reviews but Me and my daughters entire order had to be thrown away today after I left the drive threw. My bagel was charred black and they gave me whatever gross donut they decided instead of what I asked for. The coffee was burnt also and it tasted so bitter We almost threw up first sip. Y’all need to get it together😫 this was unacceptable. I’m not going to this location anymore because every time it’s something I’m tired of having my breakfast ruined when I just want to quickly stop by a place that is supposed to be convenient.

This new location opened in May 2019. The interior is mostly bare, with ~8 sitting areas. This location is definitely suited more for drive thru than it is for dining in. The new employees don't seem like they know what they're doing, and rely on the manager to make each order.

On line, definitely keep going to Dunkin shop you wish to work at and speak to (real) hiring manager..if relevant, Also sit (if you can) at shop you may want to possibly work at and watch and listen to work atmosphere to be sure (through out week) this is ok (staff's verbal and physical interactions) for you to work around...otherwise just apply (if a Dunkin shop will take your information hand written) in person at the shop you want to work at, or have them pass it onto their area/regional manager so what ever shop has an opening they will notify you then! Have an employee that likes/knows you refer you also! If you can/want to-go to the franchise owner at/of a shop that owns the shop that you think you want to work at...speak to (him/her )them in person about hiring you! Conversation short, detailed, and positive to your interviewer only unless they ask you about your self-then speak as you wish in more detail..always inquire what hours are presently available!
