The office was beautiful and the staff were fantastic. I liked the virtual check in and the front desk staff went above and beyond for the patient standing in front of me. My medical assistant and PA were professional and caring. I would definitely return.

Was the worse urgent care, went to take my father in law and they advised the wait was1 1/2 I said ok,there was only 1 person before us, it didn’t seem a bad wait compared to ER, so about 45min after he is called for vitals, that was quick, from there we go to the room and the girl that took vitals ( btw, only nice person there) advised us the Dr takes a very long time and she has a patient then it’s you guys, we passed by a lady on computer then into room and waited close to an hour. While we waited I went for bathroom and asked lady that was on computer for it, she advised and that was it. Walked back to room passing same person that was on pc, still browsing, I looked out of room and she was still there browsing for depend pants. Anyways I was like maybe this lady makes special orders for urgent care, who knows. About 15 min after she comes into room and to our surprise, SHE WAS THE DR!!!!, rude as can be and was there for 5 min, then she says wait outside and until I make discharge order, that surprisingly was quick. Went to front i waited a bit and then went to reception desk, the girl on left, was on her phone when we walked in and at that moment too, so when I was waiting to be helped she puts her phone down annoyed and tells me discharge wasn’t ready, she seem to be talking to someone else, so I asked are you talking to me? She says “ your discharge isn’t ready”, I then let her know I had another question, she answered to then go back on her mobile. I’m not sure if it’s always like this, but for me it was first time taking my father in law here and it’s the last , will never recommend. I’ve never see so many incompetent people together,. It totally blew my mind. Also be ready to provide a credit card at check in just in case insurance doesn’t go through, you card will be charged, my father in law didn’t have any so I was told he couldn’t be seen, I gave her mine., but some people do not have or don’t find the need to provide a credit card at urgent care.

WORST urgent care to go to!!! My son who is one and a half was seen there for an ear infection. Dr prescribed medication to which my son was allergic to after i told them 3 times (Thank God i caught on before leaving the facility) so they changed the script to one that no pharmacy had i called and informed them of it to see if the Dr would write a new one and she said no! To have the pharmacy order the medication!!! (It would take 2-3 days to get plus it is a holiday on monday so it would take longer) the pharmastist even called to see of she would change the medication and they said they would call me so they would let me know they are sending a new script to another pharmacy because the one i usually go to was closing at that time. THEY NEVER CALLED ME BECAUSE THEY WERE CLOSING! So my son NEVER got a new medication for his ear infection! Had to give him tylenol and motrin to help for pain until next day to call the pediatrician! In disbelief!! No compassion at all!

Extremely insensitive and refused service to a toddler because their system couldn’t valid his insurance even though the insurance company was on the phone saying he had active insurance that they can treat him. 10 minutes later my child began having shortness of breath, and I rushed to ER for hospitalization. I understand there is process but the rudeness and no urge to help a extremely sick child was wrong. I’m in tears asking her what to do and she said you should have called his pediatrician why come here! I had called them they couldn’t see him told me to go to urgent care!!! Do not go here it’s a waste of time.
