It’s annoying how every time you try to call this place they never answer because their always closed . What kind of establishment is this ? Do better with your hours because you guys are trash . I’ve called so many times and no one ever answers. They act like the food is that great to not be answering to begin when it’s not so don’t even waste your time . There’s a lovely soul food spot in Springfield starts with an A , They could be the busiest and they’ll still answer the phone so try them instead of wasting your time and money with these people . both in Springfield in Holyoke are ridiculous . How can you run a business and not even answer your customers? This place is a joke

This was my first and last time eating here. It’s no wonder they were closed for so long, very disappointed. The food is not great, the potato salad was sweet, the yams were hard, put meatloaf gravy on my baked chicken without asking and the Mac n cheese stiff as a board. I would never recommend anyone to eat here. I spent $50.00, wasted money!! I wouldn’t recommend my dog to eat here..Not to mention the customer service is rude!! You don’t be rude to the customer because your food is nasty that’s crazy!! I would never eat here again..
