Over 2wks and no tracking update. Come on guys??!!!! I know things get backed up....but if my company functioned this way, I'd be bankrupted! This was not the first occurrence. If you're an online retailer, I would strongly advise against using this location!

Went here on 01/11/2022 to get my passport mailed out and both male and female staff was extremely rude. Short Caucasian male gave vague instructions while mumbling and slurring his words. I had to repeatedly fill out a single address paper because he refuses to give proper instructions and only talked as I’m walking away and even had the audacity to say “your welcome” as I’m exiting the building. How do you expect people be thankful when you treat them in this manner? Extremely unprofessional and rude.

February 22/2021, I just went there , this white dude around 55-60 years old , working in the passport department, is a complete incompetent guy, I came 15mn early with all my papers but I forgot to fill something out , he makes me fill it out and even I’m still on my time , he tells me now to leave an book another appointment. I honestly think he’s not in the mood to do the job today, and I wasn’t the only victim for the day. He’s working a public service he should be nicer to people .

We did a passport here for our 3 year old son. Our first visit I forgot a few documents and had to come back. But the women who was working with us took the time and went through everything and made sure to tell us everything we were missing. We came back the second time and got everything done quickly. I was very satisfied with the service and thankful for the women to make sure we had everything for our next visit. Make sure you are there early for your appointment as they say. I also went there a second time recently and found the staff very helpful and friendly. So I decided to write this review.
