Food is always delicious and has not yet disappointed. Staff are always very nice and very patient. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is because they are so understaffed that the wait to either be seated, have your order taken, or get the check is lengthy. The servers definitely are doing their best while remaining pleasant, but these poor servers need some help. A note for others - the world is short staffed. Be kind to those who showed up.

Went in for dinner, the place was short staffed. Totally fine, I understand that. However, we sat there for 45 minutes and weren't approached by anyone, couldn't order drinks, nothing. And the manager was just standing at the bar not helping his servers. Won't be going back.

Service by waitress and hostess are excellent. My complaint was with the unfriendly bartender and the manager Dan. The barmaid didn’t know her red wines and told a waitress to lie to the customer and “just say what they wanna hear.” The couple took one sip and didn’t like the wine and sent it back. The manager Dan told this bartender in pic to pour in back in the bottle after they DRANK it!!! I watched her take the bottle and 2 glasses of wine into the kitchen. And then returned w the wine bottle. Firstly this is illegal, unsafe, and the days of COVID!!! I will be reporting them to the BOH and Applebee’s Corporate.

Overall good experience, had a wonderful waitress. Although they seemed very understaffed. The burger was good, but didn't bring ketchup or anything to put on it. They were very polite and helpful. I would absolutely go again. They had great presentation and cleaning. I recommend going at least once.
