The rooms are adequate. Nothing fancy & everything EXCEPT the tv works. Sure you're on vacation but, you're not going to be on the beach or the strip the whole time & not one channel comes in clear & has a humming sound the whole time it's on. I wish I took pics of the tv with diagonal lines running through it but you get my drift 👍The Wifi works ok. WEAR SOCKS because the carpets seem to have never been steam cleaned (which is completely gross) & your feet will be black with soot. Unfortunately the 4 other motels we stayed at over the years all had this same issue. The beds are uncomfortable but workable. The "heated" pool is nice yet it doesn't feel "heated" to us but it's good to have. Parking is tight so, be prepared for that & all the worries that comes with it. The cleaning staff were VERY nice...we all appreciated their kindness. In Conclusion, we've stayed at worse motels in Hampton Beach so, if this is where you end up at least you know what you're in for....enjoy your trip & try not to sweat the small stuff..life's too short.

This place was DISGUSTING! I’m not one to complain ever, however the room was so so gross. The toilet was not cleaned which had blood on it, the coffee pot was growing mold, nothing was dusted or even wiped down, the bedding was stained and dirty, the chairs were stained, the tub was filthy, and our air conditioner filter was NASTY! It was blowing warm air so we had to clean our ac filter in the sink! Not only was it dirty, but the fridge was not plugged in a never got cold the whole time we were there, the beds were hard, and I guess this was the place to fist fight because our place was surrounded by cops as drunken people were fighting and OF COURSE they were our neighbors (screaming and fighting until 1am). The man in the office was polite and helpful, the pool looked amazing and clean, the location was perfect…. however definitely not worth $500 for one night.

I don’t understand why there’s bad reviews on this motel. First of all, it’s a great value, it was cheaper than most of the spots in the area. The room was immaculate upon check-in. There is a beautiful, well maintained pool. The woman working the front desk (who I believe is the owner or manager) was so friendly! My only wish is that check-out was at 11 instead of 10, but they have a business to run. This was my first time staying at Flagship, but will not be my last.

I think this place is exactly what I imagine a beach cottage to look like. Kinda dated but close to the beach. The people who own it are very nice and every one was friendly. The pool is nice and clean though. & they have parking.
