I absolutely love them. All off the people that work there are great. They were even very kind and understanding when I had my 1 1/2 or 2 year old BullBoxer Pit in there to get his Rabies shot.

I love that we have a grooming station etc in there and, lots of toy options for pups. Not a large amount of items for any animal other than cats and dogs. Birds are kept in very small cages, at least they're clean. Very very small section for ferrets. Prices are definitely higher than ordering off of chewy. Also LOVE that they offer vet services!! They did great with my dog who isn't good about shots.

Staff are always pleasant and helpful. Things are generally in stock and displayed in a manner to make finding them easy. There are often sale items that we use regularly.
