I have bad hips.This turns into a bad back and my bad back turns into a bad neck ect...I started here at MVPT-Londonderry a week and a half ago. I was given 9 or 10 exercises to do every day at home and I have to say they are pretty easy exercises...until you do them every day. Going in and seeing the PTs(Joe is GREAT) a couple times a week and having them evaluate my progress keeps my spirits up and now I am walking upstairs, still holding onto the railings, with alot less pain and they even have me using the treadmill!!!! I am so excited about my progress in such little time and it is because they gave me the right exercises to do right from the start and are adding a little more if they think I can handle it. I love what they do here to help people feel better and I know they have already taught me things I can use forever to ensure good hips. And good hips leads to great posture which makes me look and feel fabulous and confident.

The PTs are great, providing one-on-one care and personalizing each visit based on how your feeling and what might have changed since your last visit. The patient care coordinators at the desk are friendly and so helpful with scheduling. Highly recommend!

Joe is a top-notch physical therapist! He is conscientious and thorough to determine the correct diagnosis, then clearly communicates a realistic timeline for recovery. He gives at-home exercises which help to shorten the recovery time. He is highly competent and has a calm and encouraging manner, which is so beneficial when you are experiencing pain and want to find a solution. I would recommend him without hesitation.

I was treated by Joseph Medeiros from Merrimack Valley Physical Therapy in Londonderry NH for the better part of 2018. I found Joe to be extremely conscientious, focused, and committed like a laser to my recovery. Joe took the time to work with me and to put together a treatment that would alleviate my chronic neck condition. He kept excellent records and could pinpoint exactly where any improvement had been made or any area that needed more attention. He also gave me exercises to do at home, and he followed up with me to be sure that I did them each week. Joe helped me greatly, but sadly because of insurance constraints, we had to end our PT sessions. In my book Joe gets 5 stars and I highly recommend him! If I am able to resume PT with my insurance, I would definitely return to Joe at MVPT.
