They sign you up for Services and can’t commit to what they say. I have sensors that detect if any rodents are detected. Apparently they call you if they get an alert. I had to call them and schedule services days out. And today they was scheduled to come out and not one call was provided to say they would cancel. I’m spending a Friday on a company that isn’t worthy in providing customer services and following what I signed up for. Will review contract.

As good as the service and Mike was, I'm seriously considering changing My review. just getting someone to call me back regarding an issue with my account is ridiculous right now. I've been treated fair and they're very attentive to my needs. Mike Lefebure is also great to work with and goes the extra mile to treat our home like it's his own.

How long does it take the treatment to work?

Our exterior treatments are designed to hold up in adverse weather conditions. Once a liquid treatment has dried, rainfall will not wash it away. The average dying time for our treatments is 1-2 hours.

How do I prepare for my first pest control service visit?

Common preparations include: cleaning the area to be treated, removing clutter, picking up pet food, and putting away open food. All children’s toys and personal items should be picked up from the floor and moved outside of the treatment area. We recommend any pets be kept away from treated areas during service. Some treatments may require additional, more specific, preparations. These will be communicated with you in advance of your service.

The technician came today & was suppose to spray the kitchen & bathroom for roaches. He only sprayed kitchen on 3 floors... Im sick & cant have everyone out of house
