Father Bill is amazing. He did my mom's funeral and he was so comforting and thoughtful.

My husband and I have been going to this church since our church closed years ago. We felt very welcome from the start. Father Bill and Monsignor Myslinski are the dearest priests we have ever known. They make going to mass a real pleasure. We are so happy that we chose to go here.

I love Ste. Rose. My family goes every week. We have a young toddler who is frequently disruptive and everyone is very understanding. It is an extremely welcoming parish community. In fact, my husband and I visited a few other churches before settling on Ste. Rose. It has been our home parish now for about 7 years. As for the other reviewer who commented on the folks texting in church, I agree that does not set the tone for a "religious experience". However, please keep in mind this is NOT the norm at Ste. Rose. That particular mass (Sept 11) drew many visitors to the parish. As I have never seen anyone text during a regular weekend service, I'd be inclined to speculate that the 5-6 disrespectful folks were individuals who do not typically attend mass at our church (or mass in general as that behavior is unacceptable in most local Catholic churches). To the other reviewer, I am sorry you had a negative experience visiting Ste. Rose. I welcome you to come visit Ste. Rose again during a regular weekend service. As I said, before it is our home parish and we love it.

The convent is no longer active. At one time it was the Sisters of the Presentation of Mary but that was many years ago. Now the convent serves as the parish center.
