Well we've stayed here once before 2022 and at that time I would have rated it 5 stars. However, this year we came in the spring yet none of the outdoor activities are open. The room we were given did not have a balcony and the lodge boasts over 200 suites. The younger female claimed that the rooms with balconies were closed due to "safety concerns and they needed A contractor"π truth was the girl at the front desk was too lazy to accommodate our needs. Secondly, I expected the pool and hot tub would be available until at least 9 p.m. When we arrived they had already shut down the pool and tub which are amenities available for guests. A huge disappointment for my 2 children and myself. We were also placed in the worst available unit that was far from everything. It felt like a mile to get across to the exits, the Waterpark, the lobby.. We ate at the indoor steakhouse Carter's and the prices were expensive, but worth it. Their beef was Wagyu, the food was hot, tasty, and rich. Finally a soda at the vending machine was 3$. Which I think is steep. Our first night stay was fair, but the truth is the lodge staff could of done better in actual hospitality. The manager of the steakhouse was personable and accommodating. A young female lifeguard made a point to locate me outside the pool area and snarkily reminded me of the time they closed as if I were a moron who didn't understand the 1st time I was told. The young man who originally informed us was kind, apologetic, and professional. And lastly the biggest complaint I have was the fact that the windows were purposely blocked from opening more than 2 inches. It felt claustrophobic, and insulting. Not only were we placed far from the exits, but weren't allowed to open the window to air out the room. Seriously? After the prices per night stay I was deeply dissatisfied and I think these factors may have caused me to never retain. The worst part is that there was no one available that cared about making our stay memorable or accommodating.

The water park is good. Slides and wave pool were nice. The food service was poorly organized. There is no place to eat as all the tables were blocked by other customers. They should at least have 4 tables where people can sit and eat which cannot be blocked by other customers.

Love love love this place! The staff here is wonderful. From the lifeguards to the snack shack employees they are always pleasant and helpful. Park is always the right temperature, and the waters nice and warm too. One big thing is that itβs always clean, water, slides and the locker rooms!

Townhouse we rented was terrible the loft area was not functional 3 beds an adult could not stand no provisions for your clothing Access was a straight ladder up the wall when you got up there you had to crawl into the space. No safety chain or any other protection so you won't fall thru the opening. You had to get on your hands and knees and back up to opening to come down. No way you could put younger children up there. I don't know what would happen if there was an emergency up their or if a fire to get people from there. There is no way in my opinion that should be a rentable space.

I always call ahead to any hotel to make early or late arangments.
Yes. 2 water slides, one for younger kids and the other for older kids.
We have been there twice in the past few months, and they do not offer a continental breakfast. However, there are kitchenettes in the rooms at the lodge ( walmart was a few miles away in town so we stocked our fridge up), as well as restaurants on Greek Peak Mountain. Traxx restaurant is good; we ordered take out from there. There is a Carver's Restaurant right on the premises, too.
I think they have special lodging for those traveling with pets. On there site they have a contact area and you can ask them also
Exact is USD 35 per person if you are staying. It is a lot for what the park is and the problem is that you don't have an indoor pool included. Just a whirlpool. If you go with children in inviero there is no other activity
I have always had an outstanding experience there. Service was never an issue. Air Conditioning up there? In the summer it has always been fine and the heat was solid when we skied. Your post is not clear but it sounds like you had a bad day.
I think they are all regular tubs
