Park has great potential and the landscape by the road is well maintained but this park is far from its former glory. The stairs to access the shoreline are closed and the deck area is in disrepair. The Village may have it in their plans to fix up the area but I am not sure what their budget looks like. If the steps down to the shoreline are repaired and the overgrowth along the edge of the shore are maintained and cleaned up this park is a nice small park right on the lake and never crowded. Lots of potential.
