Yes they do! We always and only use them for all our mold removal / remediation jobs.
Yes, we disinfect, wire scrub and encapsulate all contaminated areas, as well as treat the entire air in the property as well. However, we do not offer reconstruction. This is to save you money, so that you can hire a general contractor for the construction part of things etc. Let us know if you have any additional questions!
