All the office support staff was exceptional. Unfortunately we had to call them nine times as renewing the licence from NH was a total nightmare. One problem after another. The staff was very professional and helped us though one problem after another. If only the process was as good as the staff!

This is the second time they are very late. Had to call and beg 2 years ago to for a renewal. They say six weeks (easy to say) but they are government employees. When you call them after 8 weeks they say it’s on the way (they think it is normal procedure to be chased.). These people most likely came from the Mass Registry, they have that same attitude.

So pathetic, my g.c lisence expires tonight have been trying for 4 days to renew online only to be met by a system that says sorry e payments not working. I live out of state and tried calling literally 50 times for help but why would anyone care how good of a job they do lol. Imagine the Commonwealth cant even collect money there that backwards. Keep up the good work !

I’m at 9 weeks and counting. I have called and left messages and spoke to the receptionist and have not recieved a return call. Our tax dollars at work, or asleep.
If you are going to do any type of construction work, yes
if it is over a year, you will have to take the exam.
